Warnings

Any person suffering from epilepsy, or any tendency toward photo-sensitive disease, should not use this program. By using or installing this software where others can run it, you agree that the authors are not responsible for any injury, imaginary or real.

FReader provides no text adapted to children. Users should be over 16 years of age.

Many dyslexic troubles have a phonological source, which could result in slow reading with speed around 100 wpm. Visual enhancement methods will not improve reading for these persons.

No claim is made for any standard validity of the comprehension / speed tests. Reading tests are designed solely for the purpose of determining comprehension with the FReader program and the Web site of ReadingSoft.com.

License Agreement and Limited Warranty

ReadingSoft.com provides the software FReader under the following conditions:

a) You will not copy, reproduce or in any way duplicate all or any part of FReader.

b) You may make security copies of your program.

This program is delivered 'as it is'. No others warranties are expressed or implied. In no event will ReadingSoft.com be liable to you for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising during the use or out of the use or inability to use this product.

Any use of the product constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
